President of the Management Board since 1 January 2015. In 2012 – 2014, Ms Ilona Weiss served as Vice-President of the Management Board at ABC Data S.A. In 2010 – 2012, she served as Vice-President of the Management Board at Sygnity S.A. In 2008 – 2010, she served as CFO at Sage Sp. z o.o., where she was responsible for strategic and operational management of the group's finances in Poland. From 1996 up to 2006 she held management posts in financial department of Alcatel group. After the global Alcatel-Lucent merger, in 2006 she became financial manager responsible for unification of financial reporting in the merged companies in Poland and for their consolidation. In 1993–1996 she worked at Telekomunikacja Polska S.A., contributing to development and investment plans. In 1992, she worked for Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.
Ms Ilona Weiss is currently an Investment Partner at MCI Group.
She has been acting as President of the Supervisory Board of Sygnity Europe Sp. z o.o. (2012), Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of Max Elektronik S.A. (2010-2012), and member of the Supervisory Boards of Winuel SA (2010), PB Polsoft sp. z o.o. (2010-2011) and Sygnity Technology sp. z o.o. (2010-2011).
Ms Ilona Weiss is graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She also has international financial qualification of ACCA.
She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2003. In 2010-2013 she was the President of ACCA Poland and a member of Corporate Reporting Global Forum. She was a project Leader and co-author of the Best Practices for Audit Committees in Poland.
Vice-President of the Management Board
Vice President of the Management Board since 8 April 2015. In 2012-2015, Mr Andrzej Kuźniak served as President of the Management Board of APN Service sp. z o.o., with a break in the period 09.2013-11.2013 while he was the Country Manager in the company TomTom responsible for sales and marketing in Poland. In 2005 - 2011 he worked at Toshiba Europe GmbH Sp. z o.o. - Branch in Poland as Regional General Manager responsible for the development of Toshiba structures in Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia). In 2002-2005 he worked at Karen Notebook S.A. as Sales Director and then as the President of the Management Board, where he was responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies based on the showrooms in shopping malls. In 1995-2002 Mr Kuźniak worked for Techmex S.A., where was responsible for projects related to the development of dealers’ channels and supplier relationship management. In 1989-1994 he was Assistant at the Silesian University of Technology in the Department of Organization and Management of the Faculty of Mining and Geology.
Mr. Andrzej Kuźniak graduated from Faculty of Mining and Geology, Silesian University of Technology. He completed training to European Champion Training Toscano (Toshiba Sigma Consultancy) and the Stock Exchange Training for Boards - Neumann Institute.

In 1983–1986, he worked in the Finance Department of Computervision Produktion GmbH. From 1986 to 1996, he worked at Compaq Computer EMEA HQ in Munich, holding various executive positions in Finance, Controlling and Strategic Planning in a region that generated approx. USD 500 million in revenues. Member of the Business Development Group at Compaq, actively involved in pioneering entries into different markets and the development of more than 15 subsidiaries in the EMEA region, as well as in the management of high growth and rapid business expansion. Since early 1990s, member of the executive team responsible for business development in the CEE region. From 1996 to 2000, worked as an independent consultant, mainly in the area of Business Development and Strategic Projects for various IT manufacturers in the CEE region. In 2000, he founded Process4E S.A. (Update CRM S.A. since 2005) and led the company until March 2008 while working on various projects, such as the development of strategies for the Polish IT market, post-merger company integration at 2 NASDAQ-listed companies in the IT sector (over 100 countries), and the development of consulting services in the field of business process management, with particular focus on CRM, sales and deployment of CRM software. Between 2008 and 2014, he remained a majority shareholder in Clix Software Sp. z o.o., a leading producer of CRM software for SMBs. Since 2013 a non-executive member of the Board of Directors at Index Bilgisayar A.Ş.

From 1976 to 1979, Mr Dąbrowski was an operating systems developer at Zakłady Systemów Minikomputerowych Era in Warsaw. From 1979 to 1985 he worked as a researcher at the Institute of Industrial Automation, Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in digital control of continuous processes. In 1986, he co-founded one of the first private computer companies in Poland, SPTK Comtech and Comtech Sp. z o.o., and became member of the company’s Management Board. In 1993, he joined DHI Sp. z o.o., which, as a result of ownership changes carried out by Computer 2000 Polska, transformed in 1999 into Tech Data Polska, a branch of the second largest worldwide distributor of IT hardware and software. In 1996-2011, he worked as Managing Director and member of the Management Board of the Polish branch of the company. In 1998-2002 and 2008-2011, he served as Regional Director responsible for Tech Data's presence and operations in the CEE region, and was member of the European Board of Tech Data. The company's EMEA sales in 2011 exceeded EUR 12 billion. Since 2011 he has worked as an independent coach, mentor and business advisor. In 2013, he became Partner and Sales Director at ComCERT SA, the first Polish commercial startup offering IT security services, and especially Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) services.
In 2001-2005, he was Vice President of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT), and chaired the PIIT Council in 2006-2007. For his work at the PIIT, he was awarded the Silver Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland. Since 2012, he has worked as columnist for the CRN computer magazine.
Ireneusz Wojciech Dąbrowski graduated from the Department of Precision Mechanics at the Warsaw University of Technology. He also completed a one-year course at the School of Reserve Officers, graduating with the rank of second lieutenant of the Polish Army.

In 1986-1988, he worked as systems analyst at Nixdorf Computer. In 1989, he founded Index A.S. in Turkey, and has since been President of the company. In the Index A.S. Capital Group, Mr Nevres Erol Bilecik also serves as the President of the Management Boards of Index Bilgisayar A.S., Despec A.S., Datagate A.S., Neteks A.S, Neotech A.S. and Teklos A.S. Mr Nevres Erol Bilecik is also the President of Turkish Information Technology Industrialists & Businessmen Association.

In 1990-1998, co-founded and served as President of JTT Computer S.A., a company which grew under his leadership to become a major Polish manufacturer of personal computers and IT distributor, worth more than USD 100 million. In May 1998, he founded the MCI Group, where he then served as a managing partner. So far, MCI has managed to complete nearly 60 investment projects and more than 30 investment exits. What is more, between 1 January 1999 and 30 September 2011, the Group recorded the net IRR (net internal rate of return) of approx. 24%. MCI has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since February 2001.

Cezary Smorszczewski graduated from the Sanitary and Water Engineering Faculty at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1991 and the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Warsaw in 1993. In 1998, he was conferred a Master of Business Administration degree at the Graduate School of Business University of Chicago in USA. In 1993, he completed a post-graduate course in international trade law at the European University in Turin. In 1995, he obtained a Swiss government scholarship at the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law in Lausanne. In 1996, he completed an investment advisor course and a training in credit derivatives and structural financing organised by Merill Lynch in New York.
His professional career began in 1992, when he worked as assistant in the VinsonElkins law firm. From December 1992 to December 1993, he worked in Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (Polish Oil and Gas Company). From January 1994 to September 1995, he worked in the Capital Investments Office and the Credit Department in Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. Alongside his professional career, in years 1992-1997, he continued his academic work as assistant in the International Private and Trade Law Institute at the University of Warsaw. In October 1995, he became Deputy Director of the Capital Markets Department in the Pekao SA bank. When he finished his employment in Pekao S.A., Mr Smorszczewski supervised the work of the Corporate and International Banking Division as Vice-President of the Management Board. In years 2004-2007, he was responsible for the international operations of PKN Orlen SA, he conducted the largest capital investments in the Czech Republic and Lithuania. In 2007, he became involved as one of the founders in the Alior bank establishment project, where he was responsible for operations, IT and corporate banking. After the bank’s IPO in 2013, he launched his own business in the financial services and M&A market. From March 2014 he is a President of Management Board of MCI Management S.A.
